How are you? Hope so everyone would be safe and sound just like me as I am also safe Alhamdulillah...

Today's topic is very interesting and it is about reputation at steem blockchain. There are different questions asked in this engagement challenge so let's discuss answers of these questions without wasting further time.

Steem is a blockchain at which a user's influence is determined by its reputation. A good reputation tells that a user is seen with integrity and honour at the blockchain. So reputation have a great impact about influence of the user at blockchain.

Steem power is a unit that measure or determine the reputation of a user at this blockchain. There is a direct relationship between steem power and reputation so if one quantity is increasing then definitely other quantity is also increasing and if 1 quantity is going down then definitely other quantity is also going down so increase in steem power of a user is good for his reputation because it will also increase and vice versa.

In the very start when someone join this platform then every user have a reputation of 25 and later on after receiving upvotes on high quality content a person reputation increases gradually. Currently my reputation is 68.194 so just showing that I am hard working and dedicated towards the platform and want to work here for long time.

My reputation is 68.194 but to determine my reputation I am showing two methods by which everyone can check his or her reputation with in a very short time so let's discuss the method number 1 and later on method number 2.

Checking reputation though @steemworld.com

• First of all you have to generally open steemworld.com and then within no time you would be at the dashboard.

• After that you have to login this site with your account and then you can see different stats about your account.

• There is an option stats and in this column there are different options you can see including your voting CSI,your account reputation as well as many more things so I see my reputation which was 68.194.

Checking reputation through http://azurewebsites.com

• This is another site for checking reputation and for this you have to click on the link that I have shared above.

• After clicking on this link you would be on the homepage and then you would see that it will require your account's name and you have to just paste your username here in the box.

• After entering your username it would take some seconds to load and then a page will show at which you can see a lot of information about your account including your account reputation at one side as I have shown you.

I am struggling very hard and using different methods so that I may increase my reputation day by day and show my love for this platform.

By producing quality content

First step that I am following for increasing my reputation is to produce high quality content so that I may get good support in the form of upvotes and good comments from others so that with the increase in my power my reputation also increase.

By curating other's quality content

Second thing which I am keeping in mind is by earning power through curation and in this way I am seeking for quality content and then dedicated to vote quality content of others and in this way I am increasing my reputation.

Staying away from plegrism or AI generated content

I am keeping myself away from all these things that can be detrimental for my reputation because I know that how much I am hard working and with how much dedication I reach to this level and now I don't want to do anything that can harm my reputation so I am staying the way from plegrism and AI generated content.

By being dedicated and persistent to platform

I am continuously working hard without thinking about bad market conditions because I know that these are just ups and downs so I am very dedicated and persistent towards hard work at this platform and in this way increasing my reputation.

By making a strong interaction with others

For increase in reputation not only upvotes matters but interaction is also important at the platform so I am interacting with others in the form of votes and comments which is the great way to increase reputation and to make a more stronger influence at the platform.

Yes it is important to note that reputation can goes up and can also goes down because there are different actions at the platform and as there is upvote for increasing reputation so I just opposite terms to this is downvote and downvote can be the easiest way to decrease reputation of someone.

We all know that reputation increases and depends upon the worth of upvote because at worthy and large upvote reputation increases more rapidly than a small upvote so in the same way if a whale downvote any user then due to worth of that downvote reputation decrease rate would be rapid and it depends upon the worth of downvote.

• There is a misconception in minds of different users that if a person is powering down his account then it means that his reputation will also decrease so it is a wrong concept there is no decrease of reputation if someone is going to power down his account.
