This evening I went out for running after work. This is the last real running before my solo full marathon.
今晩は仕事の後、外でランニングをしました。これが「ひとりフルマラソン」前の最後の実走です。

The distance was only 12 km. I ran short distance with a feeling of relaxation in order not to get fatigued.
距離は12kmだけです。疲れをのこさないように短い距離をリラックスして走りました。
