Today I wanted to invite you to this challenge by Shine with Steem a Community:

We are all different and each of us good in a certain field, some are very good in technical skills like my hubby, he is very good in repairing and restoring cars, but also he loves to create something with his own hands that is why, he learned to do a lot using timber and sand stone recently. He is a person who never will tell anything about his skills, he prefers to stay quiet and usually says that people can see themselves.
As to me, I do not want to tell how good I am in anything, because it is not me who can judge but what I can say that:
I love teaching, for example, to teach something that I know well. It was long ago when I was teaching my youngest sister mathematic and despite of difficulties to explain I remained calm and explained as good and simple as I could and that was successful
I love to teach nowadays our medical students and young doctors. It is interesting how much we learn throughout our life, it is also something that we do not realise but we accidentally discover that and find ourselves in this position to give what we know to others
When I think back and then I see these young doctors who maybe in their first days are overwhelmed, stressed and often we ask ourselves if that person will be able to get through and get stronger. Everyone makes some mistakes and it is not good practice to punish them but to give them a chance to try again.
When I see the our young doctors who worked hard during their placement even though they were not the best I still encourage them, so that they can continue working on themselves. That is something that might give such person motivation and I have seen many such people who now almost at the end of their training, they survive that hard time and became good specialist.
I think it is always important to appreciate people around you, to support hem and give them a chance to shine their light. I do not like to be in centre of attention myself, but I am very happy when my friends, relatives have such moments that is something that makes me happy.

Hola stef, la manera como te expresas puedo deducir que eres una buena maestra enseñando no solo en el área de salud sino también en el área familiar para enseñar a sumar y demás operaciones. Es bonito que puedas brillar de esa manera para los demás y sentirte bien contigo misma. Gracias por la invitación al concurso voy a echarle un ojito, saludos

Muy cierto amigo cada quien tiene un brillo propio y se destaca donde mejor le gusta, me parece que es un excelente docente porque cuando ve que sis estudiantes se traban busca la manera para que ellos entiendan y puedan seguir adelante buscando su propio brillo, porque hay personas que no les gusta ser opacado por otros y buscan la manera para que estos no encuentren el camino del triunfo para brillar con luz propia opacandolos

Your point about learning throughout life is interesting. And when you say during teaching, we also learn that we can feel every person who teaches anything. It's true that each of us is different and nothing is the same. Each of us has a light to shine at certain times that we cannot predict. We must appreciate the patience and hard work as well as the support from the people around us. Hopefully it is blessed
It's a great satisfaction to see other grow and develop after being teaching and supporting them, and it's not necessary to receive the recognition from anyone. We are all silently shining.
