Respected @Steemcurator01,

I would like to present a few arguments regarding how @yousafharoon is creating a new realm that diverges from the instructions outlined by Steemit. There seem to be instances of favoritism where he offers opportunities as rewards reward forming , potentially introducing a unique approach or perspective. Although I won't delve into the intricate details of the situation, I'd like to highlight some pertinent facts that you should be aware of.

First : Yousaf tends to put forth arguments and excuses in an attempt to conceal what might be considered subpar efforts. Interestingly, he avoids detailing the reasons and methods behind providing users with opportunities of rewards forming . Moreover, the Urdu community appears to deviate from the club rules when it comes to boom nominations, with users opting to retain their rewards in their wallets instead and withdraw all liquid reward . This was pointed out by @enamul already .

Secondly : Furthermore, it's worth highlighting that a significant 80 to 95% of the votes from the official @yousafharoon
@Urdu community are directed outside the community itself.

This raises the valid question of why there isn't a stronger emphasis on voting for members within the community. As a consequence, the progress of the Urdu community appears to have hit a roadblock, with a mere 27 active users. Among them, @Sc0X's comments and bot-generated comments seem to account for around 2 or 3 individuals, which is rather concerning.

Screenshot_2023_0824_100839.png

This prompts one to ponder why the Steemit team would extend boom votes to a community with such limited active participation.

Thirdly : The Urdu community has review system in place. They appear to distribute boom votes haphazardly, seemingly without considering the quality of the content, the club's checks, the user's PWD history, or their overall eligibility for such votes. This practice of distributing boom votes without discernment seems rather absurd, especially when considering that @yousafharoon doesn't even make an effort to persuade users to join the Club. It's almost as if he has carved out a separate realm for himself, detached from the usual norms.

Fourth : It's downright ludicrous how the so-called "detective team" seems to be exclusively dedicated to sowing seeds of doubt and chaos within the Steem community. Instead of focusing on constructive efforts, they appear fixated on tarnishing the reputation of a respected member through baseless accusations stemming from petty personal conflicts. Strangely, when it comes to addressing issues within their own co friend community, it's as if they've conveniently dozed off. ( @bountyking5 , @rex-sumon , @faisalamin )

In short , it becomes imperative to halt the allocation of boom votes to this community. Swift and decisive action needs to be taken to address these concerns and ensure that fairness, transparency, and accountability are upheld. It is essential to launch a thorough investigation into these actions to maintain the integrity of the platform and promote a healthy and equitable environment for all users.

Hi @zeshan-khan, it is a pity that you are using this Anonymous account, reading the comments, it is obvious that you are one of users from Pakistan, because it seems you are very well informed about everything.
When I saw one of your comment under my post with link, my impression was that it was a spam, because the account had no activities.

Therefore, it would be polite and honest to write from your own username and stop this theatre.

To all what you written I will let the Steemit Team to make a decision, because Booming, Steemcurator and Steem Representatives are all the Initiative of Steemit team and we should remain honest and fair when we are chosen to represent Steemit and given those role.
Best regards,

I would like to add one more thing to your information that when I was the representative of Pakistan, at that time these same people created different communities and applied different communities for booming. They kept doing vote farming through but when we researched, we found that all these people are one group and they are doing vote farming through booming program, as a result of which their booming support was stopped and then these people created new accounts and different accounts. Active in the communities and thus released the same work in the new style but the first wall for them is me and you guessed it is a fake user and it has all the previous information on how to discredit the detective team. They think that these people will weaken me with threats. I may make a mistake, but I will never make this mistake if I catch a user doing vote farming with evidence and show tolerance for it, because I will write a full report in the coming days that when i caught fake accounts, multi account users. What kind of reaction did i face after getting caught which will be evidenced in the comments and discord. but reaction is necessary if any person will fight against blacksheeps.i know it is start, they will attack from different accounts but these blacksheeps will never use original account to unmask selves😁

Sir these people will attack again and on detective team and me.but i faced them in past and i faced their few days ago and in future also will face. It is fake account

You make me curious ;-)) For a "new" user you see very, very much. And your style seems somehow familiar to me ;-)) I'll read along with curiosity: You bring up interesting points!

now scam and fake account has been using ,

Hi Yusaf, I read the post when it appeared. I can't afford to give an opinion - I'm far too far away and don't know you all. But I once worked with you in a curators' team and so I'm interested in what's going on. I can only assume that both sides overreacted - but: I remember that your way of giving votes led to quite a few disputes in the team at that time. It was difficult to get you on the same page with the others. No, it was impossible. You did your thing. I can respect that if it's none of my business. When it doesn't concern me. That's how most users here will feel - everything is okay as long as they don't feel affected. The fact that two different things are now being mixed up is certainly not helpful... I'll continue to read and follow what other information comes up: so far, as I said, without a point of view. As soon as I have one, I'll be happy to share it.
