SteemYY API Fixed: Voting Power (Upvote and Downvote)

I 've fixed the (long broken) API and now this API returns the voting percentage of both upvoting and downvoting (the mana).

$ curl -X POST --data "id=justyy" https://api.justyy.workers.dev/api/steemit/account/vp/
{"upvote":74.68,"downvote":99.83}

GET is also supported:

$ curl -X GET https://api.justyy.workers.dev/api/steemit/account/vp/?id=justyy
{"upvote":74.71,"downvote":99.81}

Current settings:

• Authentication: No
• Rate Limit: No
• Load Balancing: Yes (with api.justyy.workers.dev endpoint)
