Improvements to Witness Price Feed Tool

Here are the latest improvements:

1. Remove CMC, Update bittrex
2. Allow settings of account/key in env if your prefer not to set it in config.json
3. Configurations of retries, intervals etc
4. Add Cryptocompare, Coingekco, Cloudflare price feed API
5. Code refactoring/restructing
