FTX - Scheduled Claim Information and Unique Customer Code

FTX asset holders may have received an email containing their Unique Customer Code and some claim information. If you haven't received an email from FTX, you should request one through their verified email address.

The email should contain the following information:

• Name
• Contact information
• User name
• Account number and any identification information

It is not clear when asset holders will be able to receive their assets from FTX. Nothing has been confirmed yet. It may take a long time, as Mt. Gox did, or it may be a faster process through a U.S. regulatory protection program.
