How interesting that the First War to End All Wars erupted so soon after the creation of The Fed.
I'm sure it was just a coincidence, obviously Gavrilo Princip was the leader of some evil empire. And Morgan, Rockefeller, Aldrich and their happy band were working in the best interests of the American people.

I've lost count how many not-a-wars have been started in the last 25 or so years.
Heck, we've been at peace in the middle east for over 15 years.
Lest anyone forget, Hoover turned MacArthur loose on the Bonus Army in "Our Nation's Capital" too.
Yeah the not war unless declared is another load of hogwash that somehow the populace blindly bought into.
Was it what could be considered an act war? If so then it is war.
If something goes "BOOM", the people on the receiving end usually consider it an act of war.
Usually in a 3rd World Country.
