The Medal is of Sliver,the Obverse bears a crowned
Effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right

The Reverse shows the Royal Cypher surmounted by a
large Crown, around the edge is

“QUEEN ELIZABETH II CROWNED 2nd JUNE 1953”

The ribbon is 32mm wide, with 2mm white edges,
and two 2 mm wide dark blue stripes in the centre
