First Autumn Hike of Year!!! Part One: Noblett Lake
I've been working about 70-80 hours a week, so I haven't had the time go on any adventures lately...Until Wednesday! I finally got a weekday off work and ventured out to hit the trails and find some abandoned and historic stuff in the woods with my good friend @hethur240 :)
As I mentioned, I've been working overtime the past couple weeks, so I'm not feeling particularly "wordy".... So, this post will mostly be photos. Heather and I hiked a nice trail along Noblett Lake with our dogs, and then went to check out an abandoned camp/recreation area (which I will post about later!) We saw several varieties of wild mushrooms and got some fresh air and exercise! Days like these keep me sane!

We saw so many mushrooms! I didn’t even share half of them because my photos weren’t all that great. But I was so grateful for the beautiful weather! I haven’t been on Steemit much, so I need to see what you’ve been up to! Always nice to hear from you, Melinda :) :) :)
Nice photos. 70-80 hours a week is not fun... What do you do that has you working that much overtime? Back when I was a studio photographer for a national chain, we would work like that.

I work in pharmacy, so I stay very busy at this time of year. I truly cherish my days with nature and my camera!
Ah. That would do it. I have a friend who works as a pharmacist in Colorado and volunteers at a children's hospital, too.
I’m a pharmacy tech, so I don’t normally work this much. But that’s just a day in the life for a pharmacist! Job security is nice, but it’s important to make time for the things that really matter :)!
