The 28 Day Diet.

The 28 Day Diet is a total lifestyle change. It will let you remember what it is like to eat healthy and be healthy.

Important information before starting the diet :

  • The first 4 days will be the hardest, your body is busy detoxing so you may experience some headache. It will get easier as the weeks go by.

  • It's recommended for smokers to take a Vitamin C supplement when trying out this diet.

  • On this diet it's important to drink lots and lots of water.

  • No sugar allowed, but we are allowed to use sweeteners

  • No alcohol for the entire 28 days
