Can't stay up late at night, because once people stay up late will cause great harm to the body. If you stay up once, it's hard to adjust. Because your body clock has been disrupted, even if you want to sleep the next day, it will be difficult! Unless you didn't catch up on sleep that day, haha. So please don't stay up late. Otherwise you will be ugly.
Secondly, do more exercise at ordinary times. Like basketball sports, skiing sports, swimming sports, running sports and so on, in a word, sports can not only make your body strong, but also can enhance people's immunity and resistance to disease. If you stick to this habit, you'll save more than half the cost of a trip to the hospital. It seems like a pretty good idea.
Finally, your diet should be varied. You know, the human body needs a variety of vitamins, so we need to eat different foods to supplement the nutrients we need. Apparently, vegetables are actually more nutritious than meat. According to research, the vitamins in vegetables are of better quality than those in meat. Therefore, meat and vegetable collocation is a very necessary dietary structure.
