Good evening greetings to all, every challenge surprises me but allows me to relax and encourage a healthy life. In this I take advantage of the fact that I am traveling, spending my vacations and I take a walk in this park that gives me a combined touch of exploration, fun and relaxation and also that allows me to participate.

I can not fail to mention the benefits of walking for health

The scientific and psychological benefits of walking start with the fact that it is a very pleasant practice. A walk can make you feel better, it is an exercise of low intensity, aerobic, and that brings us a time of peace amid the tension of the day.

In addition, serotonin is a great driver of stress. It is not strange or bad idea at all to take a walk when we feel restlessness or anxiety. In fact, the University of Sao Paulo showed that walking and aerobic exercise significantly reduced the sleep quality of a group of people with insomnia.
