I am not very active in steemit but i am really excited to see #healthchallenge by @sweetsssj and @healthsquared #coachben is back!

I have just sign up swimming lesson for my kids at Owen Swim School. Friday they started the first lesson!
The course fee is sgd120 for 3 months at Jurong West Swimming complex in Singapore.
Their handsome coach is Uncle Leong.
This is their favorite place!
This is the first time they joined a formal swimming course. The class is 7-8pm. It was a cloudy night and the weather was quite cold! Both of them couldn't concentrate well because keep trembling.
There are few main steps they learned that night. I am a bit worry, my 5.5 years old son Lucas not sure can understand the instructions or not. Although he keep nodding his head.
