Hello dear friends, today I feel very excited as a new health challenge begins, promoted by our friends @healthsquared and @sweetsssj, I hope this time if I can participate in the five weeks of this new challenge. I wish you all of the success.

The objective of this week is to perform a physical activity for the improvement of our health, as well as to distract ourselves with nature; for this reason we decided to take a walk to the town of Calderas which is located in Barinas - Venezuela; with the purpose of walking to the cave of the corridors and to the stone of the patio, as well as enjoying the beautiful nature that exists there and a rich sharing with the family.

When we reached the town of Calderas we stayed at the inn El Rincon de los sonidos; which is very rustic and welcoming; Different flowers are observed, different birds are heard and the weather is spectacular.

The first day of our family walk we went to the stone of the patio, it is a river that is characterized by its huge stones and ice water. To get to the river you must go down a super large staircase like 150 or 200 steps.

The second day we went to the cave runners, you must walk approximately 2 hours between climbs, descents, areas at risk until you reach the wonderful cave.

Well this was our family walk in the town of Calderas, for the benefit of our health. I hope you like my post and comply with the rules of the challenge.
