Hello, dear friends, today I come to participate in the third week of the health challenge, promoted by our friends @healthsquared and @sweetsssj, in this week corresponds: Cook a healthy recipe (not a dessert). Today I bring you a very easy meal, delicious, economical and most importantly very healthy for our body.

Eating healthy not only depends on the type of food we consume, but also influences the habits and customs that are followed when feeding, they are important to maintain good health. It is necessary that we know the foods that give us benefits such as those that are harmful or that are not recommended, so that a varied and balanced diet can be established that does not exclude nutrients, vitamins and minerals necessary for the organism to carry out its functions .

SAUTEED VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS:

  • Broccoli.
  • Peppers.
  • Cauliflower
  • Onion
  • Zucchini.
  • Sweet pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Vainitas.
  • Carrot.
  • Cabbage
  • Salt
  • Soy sauce.
  • Ginger sauce.
  • Ground black pepper.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oregano.

PREPARATION:

Cut the vegetables into strips; the broccoli and cauliflower if in pieces type saplings.

Grass a little cauliflower, broccoli and beans.

In a cauldron, heat the olive oil and sauté the carrots until they begin to brown, then add the green and red paprika, the onion, sweet pepper, broccoli, cabbage, zucchini, cauliflower and finally the vainitas. When the vegetables are well browned, add the Soy Sauce, the Ginger Sauce, Ground Black Pepper to taste and rectify if necessary. Serve immediately and enjoy those delicious sautéed vegetables; you can accompany them with a toast of wholemeal bread
