In Venezuela because of the economic, political and social problems, the shortage and the cost of the products becomes noticeable day by day; If we observe a food pyramid, the Venezuelan does not even consume a quarter of said pyramid. What we would lack in the body the most essential parts such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals among others, this leads to malnutrition of young children and adults ie the entire Venezuelan population.

Nowadays more than 90% of the population does not even reach the minimum requirement of a balanced diet, more than one family has only two meals a day at the most. This is why the most "exquisite and tasty" we can eat is a change a mango in the middle of the day to at least have something in the stomach and thus cope with the day..

Today I bring you a simple healthy recipe and very rich, these cambur cookies contains potassium in addition to fiber, provides minerals and vitamins necessary for a better performance of the organism.Before explaining and teaching them the preparation of these cookies, I want them to know why the Cambur is so important to us.

Cambur is like banana or banana in Venezuela, this tropical fruit has incredible benefits for your health. For example, the cambur contains three natural sugars: sucrose, fructose and glucose.

RECIPE

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Servings: 6 cookies

INGREDIENTS

2 mature changes
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup of wholemeal flour
250gr of bitter chocolate.

preparation:

  1. Peel the cambures and chop them in small squares. We add the wholemeal flour and the brown sugar. We mix very well.
  2. In a tray of silicone previously in butter and floured put small balls with dough.
  3. We take the tray to the microwave for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Decorate with bitter chocolate.
