1.Dry mouth and swollen tongue

You see in the mirror. Your lips cracked and commented, that was a sign of lack of water. Similarly, the tongue seems swollen more than usual. It usually happens when you are in a state of weariness.

2. Skin becomes less chewy

Try to pinch the arm of your arm, then watch. If it seems less elastic or slow to return to its original form, it means dehydration, which is less water in the body. Get water and drink immediately!

3.Heat in the body

Have you ever felt hot like that, but the body did not sweat? If ever, that's a sign of your body lacking water. When the body is less water, your body temperature will increase. Do not always practice these things, fear that the organ system is affected.

Dehydration may cause you dizziness or fainting. It usually happens when you wake up quickly from the sitting or sleeping position.

7.Easy to get tired

8.Muscle cramps
