My Water Fast Results Day 9

Results

Day 9: My back is really hurting today. This is the worst my back pain has been since I started the fast. My hunger pangs are still there slightly, but not too bad.

Tomorrow will probably be my last day fasting as my blood pressure is staying down. I didn’t quite lose as much weight as I thought each day, but I got a good head start on where I want to be eventually. I Just lay around and read most of the day.

My blood pressure is back down some.

I drank approximately 48 oz. of distilled water and two cups of herb tea. (I’m no longer getting really sick of water, I am sick of water).

My results for the day

Weight: 145.5 lbs
Total weight loss for the day: .9 lbs.
Body Fat: 15.8%
Muscle Mass: 38.7%
Water: 65.5%
Blood Pressure: 97/66
Pulse/minute: 94

For anybody interested these numbers came from a weight Gurus scale that links to my phone and a standard Samsung wrist blood pressure cuff.

Tomorrow I will share my experience of the day 9 on my water fast as well as results and pictures. Let me know if you notice any difference in my appearance.
