You are welcome! Yes, sitting at the computer is probably one of my main triggers now. Being sure to sit for no more than 30 minutes is advised and so I am looking at relocating to the kitchen for some time per day to use my laptop standing up at the counter there.

Even better is to get out into nature and live naturally!

Yoga can be very helpful to create balance, yes - it is one of the 'things' that helped me the most. The other main ones are a vegan diet, emotional processing, a home gym and a chiropractor. I've made a few posts in the past here on these topics, so maybe they will help you:
