Welcome to my first video! Here I decide to test what happens to my glucose levels after drinking an energy drink which is very high in sugar. I will be using a glucose testing device to monitor my sugar levels.

    Probably not the safest thing to do... do you have readings from 30 minutes later? That's around when the BSL would have peaked!
