This mineral is needed to make thyroid hormones vital for the growth and development of virtually every part of the body. Excellent source of iodine include salt water fish, kelp, onions and milk products.
You need at least 150 micrograms a day.

Yes o a truth iodine is what is needed in mostly food of a man. That is why we are always told to make sure even your salt you get should contain iodine. Thanks for the info.
