COPPER

As explained in my previous post, Zinc should be balanced with Copper. We also need to know that Zinc and Copper antagonized each other, if we take a lot of Zinc, we will reduce the copper in our body, and which can be very harmful to the body.
A deficiency in copper is to a decrease in energy production, decline in immune function and lower concentration.Copper like Iron need to be properly and carefully controlled.

Too much copper can cause oxidative damage to your tissues. Therefore, please look for it on the label of your multivitamin/multimineral supplement.

You can also get it from whole grain bread, cereal, nuts, beans, peas, and dark green leafy vegetables.

A good comprehensive multivitamin should have about 2 milligrams of copper, and it should be properly balanced with 30 milligrams of Zinc.
And in addition to the above mentioned, Zinc, copper and manganese are part of one of the most potent antioxidant enzymes in our body called super oxide dismutase (SOD).

It is important to have adequate zinc, manganese and copper on a daily basis to assure adequate amounts of SOD.

SOD then helps prevent damage to our cell membranes and our mitochondria membranes.

Manganese explanation coming in my next medical related post.

This is a very interesting topic to me. When it comes to copper in the body I have a quite specific question and I wonder if you know anything about it. Have you heard about copper implants for birth control? They are implanted in the uterus of women. Do you know how copper works when it's coming into the blood stream this way? Is there the danger of having too much of it in the organism and do you think it's a possibility to balance it with Zink?
I don't know if you know anything about this but it's just something i wondered about.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

@malive,

Thank you for your reading and your questions. I am not a daily medical analyst. I am simple a Basic medical researcher and researches in all fronts.

As for copper implanted! I know about it through my research but I did prefer not to talk about it.

Yes the danger of having too much of copper in your stream causes tissue damage.

I wrote above how to balance zinc with copper.

A good comprehensive multivitamin should have about 2 milligrams of copper, and it should be properly balanced with 30 milligrams of Zinc.

Thank you for all your questions and curiosity. God bless you.

Vitamins and minerals work together but we are kept in the dark because of Big Pharma.

True. But making research helps a lot.
