MANGANESE
The first thing I want to point here is that Mangenese is different from Magnesium. Many confused both to be the same but they completely different.
As explained in my previous post, Zinc should be balanced with Copper and Mangenese . We also need to know that Zinc and Copper antagonized each other, if we take a lot of Zinc, we will reduce the copper in our body, and which can be very harmful to the body.
Please note of this information.
Deficiencies in manganese are been associated with weakness, growth, retardation and bond malformations.

You can find this trace mineral I'm spinach, beans, peas, nuts, whole-grain bread and cereals.
Its RDA is 2 Milligrams a day, but I recommend at least 5-7 milligrams of chelated manganese a day which can be found in a comprehensive multivitamin and mineral supplements.

It is important to have adequate zinc, manganese and copper on a daily basis to assure adequate amounts of SOD.
SOD then helps prevent damage to our cell membranes and our mitochondria membranes.
