Bija-Mantras
The term "Bija" is Sanskrit and means "seed". "Bija-Mantras" can be translated as seed syllables. In my post I will explain the different syllables and make them usable for you. The intonation of these syllables strengthens the energy balance of the body, deepens the knowledge of oneself and thus leads to the ability to accept oneself as one is. All Bija syllables end on "m", the Bindu. I have described this point in my last article, here you can read it again: Bindu
My nine important Bija-mantras
In the millennial history of these mantras, a whole lot of philosophies have formed around them and I do not want to bore you with them. I therefore restrict my selection to the mantras I use. As you may know, there is always talk of the 7 chakras, but for me there are 9 that are important in our time. In my opinion, the systems with the 7 chakras are no longer valid today and must be extended by 2 more chakras. The nose chakra and the thymus chakra are included in the following.
This results in the following Bija-mantras:
LAM, VAM, RAM, JAM, YAM, HAM, NEM, KSHAM, OM.
Practical execution
In a comfortable meditation posture, we intone one mantra after another until it feels replete and full of energy. We start from the bottom up and close with the repeating of the lowest to the ground. As a support, you can visualize an associated color or element in addition to the position of the chakra in the body.
- LAM: Root chakra, earth, red
- VAM:Navel chakra, water, orange
- RAM: Solar plexus chakra, sun, yellow
- JAM: Heart chakra, blossom-love, pink
- YAM: Thymuschakra, spiral, green-turquoise (pronounced Tscham)
- HAM: Throat chakra, wind, blue
- NEM: Nose chakra, air, teal
- KSHAM : Third eye chakra, space, purple
- OM: Crown chakra, rainbow, clear
- LAM (repeat)
Pronounce A as in "after", O as in "oven", E as in "help".
Epilogue
You only find this knowledge here at Steemit. It's my own evolution of ancient systems, mainly the Nada Yoga system. It is completely free of religious references and can be used by anyone without restriction. I would be happy to get to know your experiences with it. I wish you success!

Bija-Mantren
Meine neun wichtigen Bija-Mantren
LAM, VAM, RAM, JAM, YAM, HAM, NEM, KSHAM, OM.
- LAM: Wurzelchakra, Erde, rot
- VAM: Nabelchakra, Wasser, orange
- RAM: Solarplexuschakra, Sonne, gelb
- JAM: Herzchakra, Blüte-Liebe, rosa
- YAM: Thymuschakra, Spirale, grün-türkis (Aussprache: Tscham)
- HAM: Kehlchakra, Wind, blau
- NEM: Nasenchakra, Luft, aquamarin
- KSHAM : Drittes Auge Chakra, Raum, lila
- OM: Scheitelchakra, Regenbogen, klar
- LAM (Wiederholung)

my first attempt with the Yoni-Mudra wasn't succesful
I'm doing it wrong for sure:(
It is not the easiest one :) It need some practice, make sure that you close everything totally with not to much pressure.
yes you are right it wasn't that easy, was trying to look for a video.
But I'm learning the MA-OM very relaxing.
This technique you will not find on the net. You will find some strange things. My knowledge is from the old system of nada-yoga and there is maybe an indian guru doing it on youtube, but I have not found any good video.
Ma-Om is also not to easy :)
Maybe if I got it right (MA-Om) will be great:)
breathing in and out itself release tension.
