Are you feeding the backyard already? | ¿Ya empezaste a alimentar a tu patio?

Dear Steemians!

I started feeding my backyard one month ago to plant and harvest some vegetables in the future. The planet takes care of us, and therefore we must also take care of it and don’t add chemicals to our land.

The idea is that mosquitoes do not approach and avoid unpleasant odors, so it is necessary to add some dry tree leaves. If the organic waste is abundant and inevitably appear too many mosquitoes you can put some soil on top of it.

Estimados Steemianos!

A small list of fruit and vegetable waste that you can use to feed the land is Potato Peel, Carrot Peel, Pumpkin Peel, Chili Peppers, Onion, Fruit Pieces, Tea, Coffee, Ground Rice, egg’s shells, among others.

I also recommend adding crushed banana peel and well-cut avocado seeds. The egg’s shell must be dried and ground before adding it.

So, don’t dispose of organic waste anymore – use it as organic fertilizer in your backyard.

Thanks for reading this post!
