The Medicine of Healing Energy

I had an interesting experience the other day that I’d like to share with everyone. I had a reading. No, not from a book. But by a First Nation member of the Hopi & Apache Native American tribes, Medicine Woman in training. Her name is @eaglespirit, and she’s the real deal.

I’m no expert on medicine cards, tarot, or any of the associated arts. This was my first reading of any sort. But I can tell you she got it right, and it wasn’t just generalizations. This isn’t fortunetelling. It isn’t channeling the departed. It’s energy work, and different forms of energy have very distinct signatures. Someone like Eagle Spirt can discern those energies and interpret what they mean in our everyday lives.

The details of my reading are not something I’m keen to share. Those are intensely private and even though mine were pretty tame, the words were meant for me. Not the world. But I will say that I went into the session after having given Eagle Spirit very little information. She had my name, my zip code, and a photo of my face. Nothing else. And the reading touched on aspects of my life that cannot be found with a Google search.

If you’re not open to the influence (or existence) of spirits and energies, don’t bother. People absolutely can block the flow of them with unreceptive minds. I also want to add that she’s an extremely pleasant person. I enjoyed chatting with her. She’s very approachable, very professional, but also very warm and caring. I am a firm believer that the world needs more healing energy. Well, she’s a generator of it.
