FOOD CHOICES EVERY DAY.

Hi, last time i wrote a lot about Belly fats reduction . I went into details on the Belly fats removal exercises which were illustarted by images i kept along the post.

In my conclussion i said my next post will include what to eat in corollation with the Belly removal exercises i posted. Most people will engage in body exercises in the morning, this is a majority preference and doesn't determine the following.

After the body exercise one should have the following as compulsory in the days diet.

  1. Lemmon. (fruit or juice)index 1.jpg

  1. Mixed vegetable soup (with cabbage as the main solute)index6.jpg

For the morning dwellers,
the hot mineral water should be taken before anythhing else with a slice or two of a lemmon.lemon-wayer.jpg

The rest of the day may comprise of meals, but in the times we take a snack break let it be the carrot or the cucumber, not peeled just chewed.

as for soups or appetisers, we swap the ussual with the mixed vegetable soup which mainly comprises of cabbage. It serves as a good appetiser and an excellent tasting soup.

The bottom line is to "cut the meat and dairy in our dairly diet"
