Stress often attacks people who have a lot of activity. Indeed, the occurrence of stress is something reasonable, but the stress we experience must still be addressed so as not to cause depression, obesity, and pain. According to Women Health.gov, unresolved stress makes a person's heart condition worse.

To relieve stress, there are many ways that can be done. The way that will be explained later is a very easy way so you do not need to do therapy or taking certain medications.

Here are the steps you can take to relieve stress:

Laugh A LOT, 😏

If you are stressed, do not assume that crying can be a solution to ease tension. Feel your stress with laughter. In 1989 the American Journal of Medical Sciences included a study revealing that increased blood pressure caused by the hormone cortisol or stress hormone can be lowered by laughter. The report made by The Mayo Clinic is a laugh can help to release the hormone endorphins in the brain, resulting in the muscles that become more relaxed. This is the key to relieving stress.

Reading, 🤔

When stress approaches, many of us choose not to do the activity of reading the book because it can make the burden of the mind increases. The Telegraph and Galaxy Chocolate conducted a survey that the result is actually inversely proportional to it is doing a favorite reading activity in 6 minutes, it can reduce stress. By reading the book to make the heart beat down and normal, muscles become relaxed. According to some people assume that one's stress level can be reduced by drinking tea and coffee, walking and enjoying music.

Contacting people closest, 😣

We often do not realize that by contacting our closest people such as parents and more especially a mother can help to make feelings of being comfortable and calm. Try your mother's phone when you're not living with mom. Although your mother is not physically beside you, but by listening to her voice over the phone can reduce the burden of stress that you experience.

Snacking brown, 🤗

This is the most preferred way to lower stress levels. There are studies that say that taking 1.4 ounces of pure chocolate within 2 weeks can help to reduce high levels of the hormone cortisol.

Gossiping, 🤐

In social life, gossiping is an activity that has less good effect. However, with gossip can provide a good effect to relieve stress. Also expressed by a researcher from the University of California, Berkeley, that gossip has been proven to reduce stress levels.

According to Dr Colin Gill as a psychologist, "Gossiping raises positive hormone levels like serotonin, which reduces stress and anxiety." At the time of gossip, we have a min on what others are saying, and vice versa. Those ties that can make us more happy and loose chemicals give us a sense of happiness.
