Tired of looking weight scale again and again??

Today I wanna help you guys out, so in todays article what I'm gonna talk about is couple things that you could be doing, that you don't even realize it, that could be making you overweight. So it's time to shred some light on these things, to kick those fucking habits, so hopefully you don't fall victim to it.

The first thing that guys do is eating out all the time and I get it. All of us are busy and don't have the time to eat at home so what do we do, we end up eating out. While that food is packed with sodium, processed sugars and preservatives and tons of other chemicals, not only to elongate the span of it but to make sure that it tastes as good as possible, so that way you keep coming back.

All that stuff in your body, is not healthy. If you ask any fitness instructor they'll say that processed sugar is as addicting as cocaine. Hence why a lot of fast food joints pump their food with it. Because they want you to keep coming back. Yes there are some places that you can eat out with way healthier options. But for the most part, try to avoid not eating out ever day.

That brings me to point 2 i.e. intaking so much sodium on a daily basis. Sodium makes you eat food unconsciously, like you don't even realize. Say you're in the movies eating popcorn or you're watching a game eating chips and or at the bar eating fries. You start with like it's going to be a light snack and before you know you know, you're done with a whole container.

It's addicting, your body likes it. Not to mention that taking in that much sodium, causes your body to retain water, which makes you feel bloated and more overweight and fatter than you already are. The Dietary Guidelines recommend that the consume no more than 2,300 milligrams of sodium a day (about a teaspoon of table salt).

Third point is self explanatory.
Everyone knows the general rule of weight loss, calories out > calories in. That means you need to burn more calories than you consume. It's crazy how little calories todays average human burns on a daily basis. Especially people with office jobs.

This is their day. Get up from bed, eat breakfast, then they go to job, where they are sitting 8-10 hours in front of computer doing nothing but typing. Then they come home, again 30 min average drive. They eat dinner, get on the couch, catch up with their shows and then go to bed. Repeat the cycle. Most people are spending 12-16 hours doing nothing other than sitting or lying down. This is why exercise is so important.

Being a programmer, even I have to sit in front of a desk doing typing. But I make sure that, I hit gym at least 3 times a day. It doesn't need to be weight training, Do Sprint running, take a walk, cardio, engage in some sport, but make sure that you do at least 30 min of exercise on a daily basis.

See it this way, if you're fueling your body and if you're not using that fuel as in burning those calories, your body just gonna store that and it's gonna store it as fat. That's what make you fat.

Not measuring your food.
As soon as you start measuring what you're intaking, you're gonna be surprised by how much you should be intaking. Most guys pile up their food on plate and have no idea how may calories you're packing on. Actually taking the time to measure your food, is gonna give you a better understanding of your calorie intake and help you control the amount that you're putting into your body.

And finally all these things can be solved by just one thing i.e. learning how to cook. Most guys take the easy road, they eat out or they eat highly processed food, instead of actually cooking their own food. That is the best remedy to loose fat. Actually taking the time to cook your food, knowing what ingredients are going into it, that's the best way to have a healthy body and avoid start becoming overweight.

That's all guys. If you like the article, upvote and follow.

you don't have to eat less, you have to eat right! good message! :)

Glad you liked it :D

Being of a certain age , Im not likely to embrace whole heartedly a fitness regime, however i started cycling to work and i definitely feel more awake and have more energy, not to mention it reminds me of when i had a bike as a child and there is something comforting in that in itself so definitely seeing the benefit from a small change in lifestyle and would recommend to anyone.

The thing that matters the most is that you started. It doesn't have to be weight training or boxing. Many people don't start because of the fear of failure or the hustle they have to go through. These small changes will definitely help you in the long run. Keep up the good work mate :D
