Deep & fry Diet

At first I won't tell that Deep & fry are different diet well they are not, simply fry is sick and deep fry is death. This was not meant to scare you and not to hurt someone who love to eat such food.

In natural cigarette take years to kill human by effecting there lungs, It is not easy to get killed by food like this but I wont say it is healthy, It can't infect any one part of body like lungs but it effect the whole body. Let assume that a cigarette ( not one ) takes about 15 - 20 years to destroy lungs then how many years this take?

Well is depends on -
How much you eat.
How much oil that food absorb.
It is veg or non-veg.
At what time you eat.
What type of oil you use.

Now getting straight to the point
First point........
Oil have two types of fat 1. Saturated fat 2. Un saturated fat

Saturated fat are bad fat because it is solid at room temperature means at normal temperature it flows as solid particle in our blood which can be problem in blood flow in your blood vessels.

Un saturated fat are good fat because they are liquid at normal temperature and you know the rest.

Now deep fry is which penetrates oil deep in food.
Fry which burns the surface and boil the subsurface of food.

What I think about deep & fry

We all know that fire burns everything expect fire brigade lol.
Apart of this lets compare something deep fry food vs fry food
The deep fry food consist low calories than fry food.
Now here the important thing is how much oil and waste or burned material is in the food and slowly it get deposited in your body [ you all know that when fat get deposited in body what happens]

Don't think about comparing deep & fried food with fruits that would be horrible be ' cause '

I don't know what type of food you get in your surrounding, but I am from India actually southindian so there are 90% of all food like deep & fried.

I choose this topic to share, Well there many topic like this on internet but I want to show you my point of view.

"There are two way to breath but it has only one way to eat."
Well I didn't discuss about breath but by eating is health and health is your wealth that you earn.
