Fasting: Day 3 Summary - Maintaining...

Sad Trombone Sound: Wah-wah-waaaahhh.

I weighed exactly the same today. 201lbs.
Disappointing since I don’t feel like I’m eating much. But I’m not really starving either.

I cheated a couple times. I had a small bag of Baked Lays chips. AND I had two pieces of leftover pizza from Five Points Pizza. I also had some OJ and Black coffee.

Besides that, just water.

I keep having thoughts of quitting, but that is SO lame. And I really need to lose the weight. My Blood Pressure has been really good since I've been (sorta)fasting. The biggest thing keeping me from quitting is that I've made myself accountable here in a public venue. And that's why I did it!

That's all I got for this post. This was short and sweet because I’m working on another post that I’ve been promising… STEEM ON!!
