What We Can Learn From The USDA Stats on Sugar Intake & Obesity Prevalence

One of my friends sent me this chart by the USDA, which has to do with the US Sugar Intake and their Obesity Prevalence. I took note of it, but then a few days later I saw it again posted on Facebook. I thought this is just screaming at me to make a video...so here it is.

Hi everyone and welcome to my DTube channel! I am a 20 year old cyclist, traveler, runner, vegan and adventure seeker from Cape Town, South Africa. If you are reading this it means you are meeting me at an exciting year in my life, which will be filled with bicycle touring and lots of traveling.

In July I will fly to Paris to travel Europe and watch the Tour de France.
