Stay away from the MSG monosodium glutamate, as much as you can !

It’s everywhere in processed food, in every Asian dishes, it’s harmful and neither the food or health industry seems to care ! Why ? because they all use it, and it taste great !

STORY :


The MSG monosodium glutamate, was invented in 1908 by a Japanese chemist , it was an accident, he was actually trying to reproduce a savor from a popular seaweed, and then the most popular flavor additive was born.

Our body and especially the hypothalamus located in the brain need the natural glutamate to control our neurotransmitters, that can be found in cheese, mushrooms or tomatoes. The natural glutamate has been widely used in history by Greek, French, Japan and Rome for more than 1000 years, obtained from the fermentation of sugar cane or beet production.

THE DANGERS :

The dangers are all the processed food which contain free glutamic acid like the monosodium glutamate, our body can produce by himself glutamic acid when needed, so each time we eat food containing the harmful MSG, there will be oversupply and it will go directly in the bloodstream, and up to the brain. Researchers have discovered that out main organs (liver, kidney, stomach, and the tongue as well) possess tiny detectors for the presence of MSG, that are suspected to affect our entire body.

THE SYMPTOMS :


Mostly our body reactions will looks like common low energy or fatigue state, including headache, dizziness, stomach pain, mouth and neck burning, or gas, trouble during digestion, concentration and much more!

CONSEQUENCES :


MSG damage the nervous system
Affect the brain leading to nervous pathology
Hormones disorders and obesity

HOW TO AVOID MSG :

Stay away from all processed food, prepare your healthy snack like dry fruits, cookies, taste some vegetarian meals, enjoy cooking at home, buy from the producers or neighbors , grow your own vegetables and fruits, even the products with No MSG sticker label contains MSG with all the ingredients required for production. At least do it for your children, as MSG interfere with the child development with irreversible damages.

Yes, MSG is horrible and hidden in many foods.
It is also in some vaccines. The nasal Flu Mist is especially high in MSG.
About 3 years ago my husband discovered that he had become allergic to MSG after we rushed him to emergency for what he thought was a heart attack. Turns out it was an MSG reaction to the MSG in the store-bought taco's and refried beans that I had decided to serve to the family and he had devoured.
We don't get vaccines, but I can only imagine how horrible a reaction that he would have if her were to unknowingly get the Flu Mist vaccine now. After the reaction that he had to just tacos and beans, I think that thought might kill him or at least hospitalize him. Yet nobody would make the connection since this isn't common knowledge. Sheesh...

Oh, by the way, he has improved his MSG reactions by of course avoiding it wherever he can, but also using Magnesium Oil (sprayed in his mouth). The magnesium subsides a reaction fairly quickly and prevents future ones, and drinking water with diatomaceous earth.

Yes @canadian-coconut thank you for sharing this story, everyone has tolerance to MSG, it an be dangerous after between 3 to 6 months of eating products with MSG.
