Causes of fatigue and avoidance
Fatigue is defined as a lack of energy, both for organic and psychological reasons, sometimes accompanied by drowsiness, but not synonymous with it.
Causes of feeling tiredness:
- (as a result of daily habits and behaviors) This section includes the following:
● The nature of food and drink consumed by the individual: For example, eating food fluctuates blood sugar levels and this leads to feeling tired. In addition to the fact that healthy balanced food reduces or completely eliminates the feeling of fatigue, it also prevents overweight, which in itself leads to fatigue.
● Lack of sleep: There are many people who do not get enough hours of sleep and are advised to:
Avoid what contains caffeine in the hours before sleep, and it is mentioned that this substance is found in tea, coffee, chocolate and so on
Close the TV before going to sleep.
The quiet, dark and non-warm bedroom also helps to sleep.
● Lack of exercise: This is an important factor. Dr J. Fred Ralston, of the American College of Physicians, said that his favorite recipe for fatigue is regular exercise, with completion at least three hours before bedtime .
You should ask your doctor about the amount and type of sport appropriate for the person, especially if he has a disease related to the heart or blood vessels. Contrary to what is known among many people that exercise increases the sense of fatigue, it has been shown in many studies that it is a generator of energy.

She pointed out that anemia is more prevalent among women than men, and the reason for this is what women lose during the menstrual period of iron, especially if the menstruation is abundant. Anemia is often treated with an iron-rich diet. In cases of chronic iron deficiency, a person is usually given iron supplements after consulting a doctor.
• Lack of important food items, including potassium, as in the case of patients with anemia, the detection of this situation is through a simple blood test.

● Sleep disturbances If a person feels tired and does not find comfort, he may have a sleep disorder, especially if snoring is accompanied by this feeling. It is worth mentioning that the cause of this fatigue may be due to obstructive sleep apnea.
• Depression, accompanied by fatigue with sadness and inability to enjoy the activities enjoyed by the person previously, it may be infected with depression, and there are other diseases and psychological conditions may cause fatigue, including anxiety and food disorders and sadness to lose someone dear.

Getting my mercury fillings out helped me a lot. I then read about oral chelation with dmsa and did it. Now I take liposomal glutathione.
Great post, thanks for sharing these tips/facts.
Just want to add that being mindful - of both your environment(s) and emotion(s) can be powerful. Mindfulness helps you immerse yourself in the present. Not stuck in the past(depression), or worried about the future(anxiety).
Mindfulness can be done anywhere at anytime. Look it up for more benefits.
Hey great post man. I know first hand what lack of exercise and poor diet can contribute to fatigue. Sometimes I think people are scared of committing to diet and exercise because it can be hard and time consuming. It can. But small steps eventually go a long way. Cut out processed sugar and walk for 30-60 minutes per day and it’ll improve sleep. Of course there are other things that can be factors, everyone is different, but diet and exercise are a huge roadblock for many many people. You are correct.
