Great post, thanks for sharing these tips/facts.

Just want to add that being mindful - of both your environment(s) and emotion(s) can be powerful. Mindfulness helps you immerse yourself in the present. Not stuck in the past(depression), or worried about the future(anxiety).

Mindfulness can be done anywhere at anytime. Look it up for more benefits.
