Is a glass of cow milk really healthy for us?

Cow milk has many benefits for us if we take it every day. It is a vital part of our food and easily digestible one. And also it has good taste, no one can avoid it. A glass of milk has wonderful benefits to offer. Let’s go through those benefits:
1)Develop skin health: There are many skin care products that are made by milk. If you drink milk moderate amounts on a daily basis, it will make your skin better as it has rich amounts of vitamin A.
2)Better for heart: it is found that the consumption of cow milk is good for heart health. It has potassium which helps reducing high blood pressure. As a result, it also decreases the probability of cardiovascular disease.
3)Bone strength: Cow milk has plentiful amounts of calcium including vitamin C, vitamin D, potassium and many other nutrients that boost your bone strength. It also helps to minimize the possibility of osteoporosis.
4)Improve muscle: A lot of protein requires developing muscle of children as well as adult too. Milk has high protein to develop muscle. Thus, everyone should drink milk regularly if he wants to increase muscle strength.
5)Defend teeth: This is always found in children or youngsters. Milk can fight acidic materials to defend tooth enamel. It also has calcium to make stronger gums as well.
6)Many nutrients: Milk provides numerous nutrients like vitamin which is better for eyesight, protein to make strong muscle by regenerating new cells and carbohydrate for creating energy. It is also equipped with other vitamins and minerals that are mandatory for the body.

i was always the smallest, until i started drinking milk and i grew to 1m90, also haven't had a single hole in my teeth.

That's why Dutch people are strong and tall.
Unfortunelly my stomach feels really upset when I drink milk, sad because I love it. So I eat dairy instead
