A good 50-80 years of wrong foods & our bodies had enough...

The body becomes overburdened, systemically backed up with toxins & mucus & fighting to keep itself alive...Edema (swelling of tissue) is when the body is holding onto water. In this case, interstitially water is held to buffer acids.

The body uses water, cholesterol (fat) or calcium(from the bones & dumped into the blood) to help balance acid levels...

The root cause as to why we age is often never addressed through detoxification & dietary changes...therefore we as a society AGE prematurely!

What are aging symptoms which we experience & what organs or glands are compromised as the root cause?

Here are a few among many more...

•dehydration - Adrenal glands
•cholesterol plaquing - Adrenal glands
•depression - parathyroid glands
•bone loss - parathyroid glands
•excessive thinness, Low or high blood sugar - pancreas
•allergies, cysts, dandruff, tumours, snoring, swollen lymph nodes, sleep apnea, etc - lymphatic system
•skin rashes, boils, pimples, dry skin, etc- integumentary& eliminative system
•fatigue (thyroid & Adrenal also), chronic coughing, sore throat, asthma, low endurance - lungs
•grey hair, memory loss, chest pain, poor circulation, etc - the circulatory system

When one, or multiple organs & glands are down, or not functioning optimally, the body does not function properly & we experience many of the listed symptoms...

Fix the functioning of these organs & glands through detoxification & symptoms cease...

There isn’t any product one can use topically, any supplement or pill one can take to heal symptoms... the work has to be done in internally ...focus on the chemistry you allow within, via fork....

We accept these symptoms as part of growing old... they are normalized, we are taught that they are inevitable & unavoidable...most accept these explanations without realizing that remedy & reversal is possible...

we have the ability to reverse aging symptoms & disease with detoxification & lifestyle changes...

Disease, pain & aging is merely a warning sign from the body that what you are currently doing is out of line with your bodies true requirements..

The majority trust & follow the allopathic & scientific community & look to them for answers... seeing how their answers come in the form of removal of body parts & suppression of symptoms through pharmaceuticals, remedy is an impossibility...For them...

Remedy comes from addressing the root cause...

Remedy stems from change...

Remedy comes from nature & natural methods...

Remedy comes from AVOIDING damaging, high protein foods...

Remedy can only come from you...

The average lifespan of a human shortens with each passing generation for the average family because this information is not readily available, instead we are told to drink milk, eat eggs, ingest copious amounts of protein (we are taught to age ourselves & make ourselves sick)...

How sick is that? 💧

How can we better ourselves & the planet that depends on us?

By returning to our species specific diet...

when we do this, we not only heal ourselves, but we heal the world outside of us...

you as an individual will no longer require animals to be tortured & slaughtered, their milks & eggs will no longer be taken in your name & you will no longer depend on the harmful grain industry...

In 1900, people believe they can live up to 47 years old. In 2000, people believe they can live up to 87 years old. In the year 2050, people will believe they can live up to 120 years old. In the year 2100, people will believe they can live up to 150 years old. There will be time when human can actually living up to 200 years old.

Interesting! Where did you hear about this for the 1900s? By year 2300 I hope people are believing that they will live from 250-300 years old! :)

There was a TED Talk talking about circadian rhythm. Here is the actual slides. In terms of using food as medicine, and not eating processed food and junk. We are only at the beginning. A lot of bio technology are advancing so rapidly. You and I can live to see that happening living to 120 years old. There are gonna be robotic arms, legs, robotic organs...etc. We gonna have stem cell able to re-create our entire body even eye ball, ear, nose...etc. Perhaps, even a new brain. Where do our consciousness resides then? Everything is becoming more interesting! Perhaps, our consciousness are store in our gut bacteria or some type of cloud computing.

We don't even need those robotic arms / organs...we are already self-regenerating :) Even full arms! We just gotta remember it and believe it. I hope to see this post of ours in +50 years from now, and maybe even +100 years from now. That will be pretty cool :) Thanks for the info, and thank you for the slide!

Last weekend, I went to my future the year 2079 with Marty and Doc, I became 102 years old. I wanted to get the how-to and come back to teach my friends on Facebook. And here is the information from my future self. How I become a centenarian? 1. No intoxicants of any kind including all caffeinated products. 2. No illicit sex of any kind including masturbation. 3. No gambling of any kind including lottery and money betting. 4. No speaking when angry. 5. No violence of any kind including eating any non-vegan food or causing others to do violence for me.

My friend questioned about my black hair. I let her know it's from my raw-food, probiotic and intermittent fasting.
