The Health Benefits of Yogurt

Hello Friends,

Here I am Lucia again trying to find a good and virtuous topic to inscribe and share at the same time to learn about.

So the topic for today is "The Health Benefits of Yogurt".


This is something recently added to my diet in smoothies that have replaced a normal cereal breakfast. Used in conjunction with 5 or 6 different fruits and a small teaspoon of Manuka honey plus a celery stick, my intestine is now singing and alive. Concerned about the toxicity of an incorrect diet and worried about a recent report of fat in the pancreas (which can lead to cancer) it was essential to repair my body and rid it of toxins.

My research on yogurt confirmed the importance of this for the digestive system, although it is not essential. Being a dairy product, it does not seem to hinder arthritis, although more research is required on that aspect. However, it contains essential minerals, vitamins and calcium, in addition to other products.

The first thing is about good bacteria in the intestine. This product is usually made of bacteria that places it in the state of probiotics, and most have heard that word before. The term "probiotics" literally means "for living beings". By way of contrast, "antibiotic" means "against living beings." The latter destroys the bacteria and the first one replaces it with the good ones.

It is also animal protein because it comes from milk. That means it has calcium, vitamins B2, B12, potassium and magnesium.

Calcium: it is essential for bone mass, while it helps in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Therefore, it is good for all age groups.

Potassium is essential for the heart, kidneys and other organs to function properly. The low potassium level leads to a risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer, infertility and digestive disorders.

Magnesium helps maintain normal blood pressure and stable heartbeat along with healthy bones. Studies in the USA UU They show that people who do not have enough magnesium in their system have elevated inflammatory markers that are associated with heart disease, diabetes and osteoporosis risk. People with high blood pressure can also be helped.

Since I included it in my diet, the benefits have been manifested in many ways, including good feeling in the digestive tract. That means that he is doing his job and that there is nothing to lose or to be adverse.

People suffering from any of the problems mentioned above would like to do their own research on how to improve their diet and increase health benefits. In addition to taking yogurt every day, I have included a gym membership for essential exercise and I have eliminated refined sugar and salt from food whenever possible. The consumption of bread is also greatly reduced and sometimes not required at all.
