Replacement of Body Parts

in #health7 years ago

Hello Friends,

Here I am Lucia again trying to find a good and virtuous topic to inscribe and share at the same time to learn about.

So the topic for today is "Replacement of Body Parts".

Yesterday I helped a woman named Pam to return to her car that had trouble walking in the mall. She had stopped to rest when my approach to help was welcome. She explained that it was her hip that caused her problems. At 70 years old she is very obese and should weigh around 20 stones. Not wanting to intrude too much, he informed me that they were considering a hip replacement operation.

One look at her and the obvious concern that a surgeon would have in her case is the weight she has to carry. This will have a great impact if she has such a procedure because the pressure on the hip joint is enormous. From my point of view, the bones in which the pins are inserted for the new joints can weaken and break them easily.

This happened to a friend who had three subsequent operations when the femur broke. Once it was a fall that caused it and the other times they did not tell me. That woman is also over 70 years old. In the gym, where there are many with replacement body parts, the women involved retransmit all kinds of stories. Some are happy with them, others are not.

In Pam's case, the first thing she has to do is reduce her weight. It is not easy and announced that he lost 4 kilograms in recent months. In my case, there has been a reduction of 8 kilograms in the same period of time due to the elimination of processed sugar and salt of my diet.

If one is struggling with their physical health, there are ways to correct problems without the use of drugs. Exercise is one of them and careful diets are another. Without salt, my blood pressure rarely exceeds 120 or more than 70 or 80. Pam should be much more and probably taking pills for heart pressure. She is also a good candidate for diabetes, if she does not already have it.

Without sugar and salt I rarely have headaches or I have to take painkillers. In fact, I do not take drugs at all and people are stunned when they find out about it. I hope my bones are strong enough to take me to the end and not have to face a replacement body part.
