Importance of Enzymes For Good Health

in #health7 years ago (edited)

Hello Friends,

Here I am Lucia again trying to find a good and virtuous topic to inscribe and share at the same time to learn about.

So the topic for today is "Importance of Enzymes For Good Health".

Most people have probably never heard the word 'enzymes', so they do not know what they are and their purpose in the body. There are three types required for life. They are metabolic, digestive and alimentary enzymes. Your function will be addressed in this article. The point to remember is that without them there can be no life and while we ignore their function, the increase in preventable diseases increases.

METABOLIC ENZYMES

These are produced in the pancreas and are essential to maintain healthy blood, tissues and organs. Its purpose is to eliminate toxins from the body along with old dead material from the cells. That means that they play an important role in aging, but as the bodies mature they produce less of this substance, which allows the development of diseases, the loss of bone density and wrinkles.

The pancreas also produces the hormones insulin and glucagon. They work together to regulate the level of blood sugar that, when normal, allows oxygen and nutrients to travel efficiently throughout the body. Digestive enzymes are also manufactured here.

The best foods for this enzyme are:

  • a) Bananas, kiwi, grapes, papaya, etc.

  • b) Raw honey

  • c) Extra virgin olive oil

  • d) avocado

  • e) Dates

  • f) Crude oils

  • g) Outbreaks

DIGESTIVE ENZYMES

These are essential to break down food so that nutrients can be absorbed into the bloodstream for healthy bodily functions. Most people would have heard about this, but not the reasons why they are essential for health. Foods are broken down into nutrients that include amino acids, fatty acids, cholesterol and simple sugars, but that's just the beginning of the process. Vitamins, minerals and plant compounds and animal feed must be extracted.

This is where the digestive enzymes play their part. Apart from the contents in saliva and stomach, the main source is the pancreas. There are many things that hinder the production of this vital part of the system and when they work poorly here are some of the symptoms to consider:

  • a) Gas and swelling after eating

  • b) Feeling that there is a stone in the intestine

  • c) A full sensation after some bites

  • d) Undigested food in the stool

  • e) Floating stools

  • f) Undigested fat in the toilet.

FOOD ENZYMES

Plant enzymes really begin to digest food before the body's system begins to function. They improve the digestion process and deliver nutrients to the blood, even if the digestive system does not work. What is not known is that they die at temperatures above 115 degrees Fahrenheit. Since people usually cook their food, the essential elements may be missing.

What must be emphasized is that food enzymes are produced in RAW foods. The studies carried out by Edward Howell (praised as the pioneer of the enzyme) in the 1930s. It focused particularly on the ability of raw foods to delay chronic degenerative diseases. What we do when we cook our food is create an environment for bad health. Many have changed their habits to "cure" things like cancer and other diseases.

CONCLUSION

There are lessons to be learned from understanding the basic functions of enzymes. Training people to eat raw foods instead of cooked foods can reduce the need for medications, surgeries and even doctors.

There is a lot of research available for those interested in following it. This article is intended only as an introduction to better health and not as an expert's material on this topic.

Enzymes are biological catalysts. They hasten chemical reactions in our body without being consumed itself.

What's scary about raw food is that it could be carrying pathogenic microorganisms.
