Best Cooking Tips for Vegetables

Hello Friends,

Here I am Lucia again trying to find a good and virtuous topic to inscribe and share at the same time to learn about.

So the topic for today is "Cooking Tips for Vegetables".


As someone who grows their own fruits and vegetables, my cooking methods are quite particular. The quality of the food is essential for good health, so it must be prepared to protect the enzymes and flavonoids it contains. To begin with, the way vegetables are picked is important to ensure that goodness is preserved. The speed with which they eat after harvesting is also important.

When they gather in the garden, most vegetables can be eaten and enjoyed raw. There is nothing more beautiful than a freshly harvested ear of corn. The sweet sweet flavor is reinforced by the juice it contains in abundance. So, why should this be removed and cooked? The same can be said of homemade tomatoes, peas, beans or even broccoli.

In the case of the latter, instead of taking the whole head, take only a few florets when necessary. They can be cut or broken from the main stem as needed. Do not wash, but lightly cook in the microwave if necessary. No more than one minute on its own or with other varieties, but always without water.

The silver beet can be collected by the leaves as needed. A leaf is usually enough for me, plus a leaf of kale. Along with some rounds of carrot or pumpkin, my dinner consists mainly of these beautiful products.

Anyone can grow vegetables, since they are the least demanding of any crop. As long as they have sunlight, an occasional feed of seaweed fertilizer and lots of water there is not much that can go wrong? Even in a department one can grow something, even essential herbs.

The best advice is to not cook too much and it is best to dry in a microwave. When they are boiled in water, the goodness goes down the drain when the liquid is filtered. Do not make that mistake, but think of the wonderful healthy gut you may have by adding that extra fiber along with the other products in the food.

Fruits and vegetables that are not cooked or only partially retain the enzymes and will work in the intestine as they pass through. This is like a large cleansing bush that not only massages the colon but gets into the crevices and frees it from anything that might otherwise hang there and cause a polyp or worse, cancer.

Healthy food should be treated with care and the reward will be a healthy body. Test it and see how fast you see the results.
