By a "Salt Free Diet" My Headaches Have Gone

Here I am Lucia again trying to find a good and virtuous topic to inscribe and share at the same time to learn about.
So the topic for today is "Salt Free Diet".
The two most deadly things we can put in our bodies are salt and sugar. It took me years to learn from its toxic nature. The hours of suffering endured by severe headaches for many years were avoidable if only these facts were known. One of the symptoms of hypertension due to the toxicity of salt is the increase in headaches, but that is not all. Understanding what else happens when too much sodium is consumed required more research.
Causes of High Blood Pressure:
A salt intake larger than normal that makes the body contain more water. With that water retention, the blood pressure rises and the liver is affected. Over time, heart, brain and kidney problems may also develop.
The average daily salt intake should be between 1500 mg and 2300 mg. Unfortunately, a serving of bread can reach 450 mg and that allows two sandwiches, using four slices of bread, to equal the daily dose. No matter what filling the sandwich has, however, many will still give a shake or two of salt, and the sandwiches always do.
It is recommended that around 140 mg of salt per serving be the optimum amount. That means monitoring the amount of everything you eat.
How to Avoid Salt Toxicity:
One of the first things you should do is stop buying bread from the supermarket. You can make yours using the recipe book and a bread maker. Buying wholemeal flour at a health food store is also wiser than buying a mixed mix prepared. All you need is yeast, flour, a small amount of salt (half a teaspoon is enough), a little sugar, vegetable oil and water.
Stop adding salt to food because you do not need it. The good quality fresh food prepared by you in your kitchen is much safer than the food you buy from others. Always check the salt content before buying take-out food or frozen foods. Prepare and cook your own meals and avoid salt using herbs. Believe me, you will not even lose it.
Use Flavonoids instead of Salt:
The majority argue that the sale takes out the flour in the food. That is not true! All food has some flavor and the use of flavonoids will do more for you than salt.
Grow your own herbs, like rosemary, wise, parsley, hour, mint, basil, bay leaves and so. There are so many to choose from and most can be grown in a shared container. Other herbs to use are celery, ginger, onions, bananas and chives. Garlic and onion go well together and with them add just a touch of salt and any meal will be great.
My recipes generally include at least five of the herbs mentioned above. Always delicious my meals are now without salt. That means there are no headaches and blood pressure is normally between 110-120 at 70-80. Try this and stay healthy. Avoid salt and the many problems it generates.

Salt is a necessary nutrient for the body.. you cannot produce it on your own.. i would note recommend going low on salt at all unless you have a genuine problem with electrolyte regulation..
i do a low carb diet and you will excrete salt, potassium, and magnesium regularly. I would die in a day or two if i didn't replace these critical electrolytes..
in fact, runners die from heart attacks due to low salt and potassium.. because the muscles need electrolytes to function and the heart is just a huge muscle..
