How Safe Are Body Piercings and Why Get Them?
Hello Friends,
Here I am Lucia again trying to find a good and virtuous topic to inscribe and share at the same time to learn about.
So the topic for today is "Body Piercings".
With the increase in antibiotic-resistant diseases, such as Hepatitis C, the blame falls on the unsafe tools used for piercing and body tattoos. Those who work in the industry are not mostly regulated, health checks are not carried out or, if they are, they are so random that one can go unnoticed. In Australia, the guidelines are that the client should make sure that the workplace looks clean, as well as the artists.
Woohoo! How does that work when it comes to hidden germs and microbes? People get body piercings in all parts of the body, including the genitals, nipples and tongue. One would surely need tools properly sterilized in an autoclave and free of germs to carry out any procedure that invades the skin. Yes, body piercing is an operation and is usually done without surgical guidelines.
Under the laws of New South Wales, persons under the age of 16 require the written consent of the parents before performing such work on their bodies. How smart is a teenager to decide if a premise is clean and if the instruments used are sterile?
The security lines are so vague that young people would not be interested in them unless they are of superior intelligence. In the latter case, they probably would not be seen dead near that place. The trial for most would be their friends who have performed procedures there and have survived.
The hidden side effects of body piercing and tattoos are often not performed for a while. They can lead to more than infections since many suffer horrendous psychological problems when the art they thought they were getting is not the same. Things can go wrong and some suffer infections that take a long time to heal.
While body piercing of the genitals and nipples apparently increases sensations during stimulation, the normal body is able to act in this way without it. If something is wrong in that area, then a doctor might be the best person to consult and not someone in a store who wants to take your money.
The bottom line is that no body piercing procedure is safe and anyone with a functioning brain should consider it before undergoing it. Why risk the alternative Hepatitis C and other diseases, such as AIDS, are killers. Would you hold a loaded gun in your head and pull the trigger? That is what it means if you have the bad luck to choose the wrong operator.

Wow, no bleeding out!!!
When you are young you do not think about the consequences, which complications can be due to impartiality and even endangered health. I have tatoo, and in that time I did not realize what can be if gun and equipment not sterilized, clean. In principle, everyone has their own reason but need to think about the long run, we will not always be young. I am new on Steemit, so my upvote does not worth anything, but my comment is support to this post.
Good luck @jelena.koprivica
Nice write-up...I have always not supported the idea of body piercing. It exposes the individual alot. Thanks for the post. It was very enlighten.
Thanks @dimix3
