Steemit Weekly Health Challenge #3 camping convate stress
Hello friends @sweetsssj and @healthsquared thanks for the new challenge, my way of relieving stress is to go to the mountain and take a long walk so I help my circulatory system and strengthen my legs apart that I also enjoy the beautiful landscapes that we have Given God, also from the company of my friends that make me laugh a lot!
This time I tell you that I went hiking to the Sierra De La Culata National Park is located in Merida Venezuela, we walked for an hour and camped next to a river, the first thing we did was to assemble the tent and then we had lunch, then we explored the place and I saw a river in which I put my feet, the water was very cold. I had fun playing a board game called UNO!
When it got dark we went to sleep and in the morning we climbed a mountain where we could see a spectacular view. From there we went back to the city and when I got home my legs hurt a lot but it was worth the experience and this is my second time camping.
