This is what I call a chicken poke. To get in shape people say the simplest way is chicken and broccoli. For me I wanted my foods to be less bland and this is what I came up with.

Ingredients: Chicken breast, masago, seaweed salad, miracle whip
Extra Ingredients (optional): rice, sesame seeds

This meal consisted of:

  • 1 chicken breast (Shredded)

I simply got this from Costco. When I use the chicken breast I took out the skin.

  • A few tablespoons of Massago.

    I got this from Lions.

  • A few tablespoons of seaweed salad.

Again I got this from Lions.

  • A few tablespoons of Miracle Whip.

You can get this anywhere I got this one from Safeway.

For the Massago and the seaweed salad you can get those two from any Asian grocery stores. They are all really simple and healthy ingredients. Also the miracle whip is only 20 calories per tablespoon. You pretty much just mix all of the four ingredients listed above to make your chicken poke. My thumbnail picture I put a scoop of rice on the side and sprinkled sesame seeds on top to give it more flavor.

Chicken Poke (Without the rice):
Calories: 450-500
Protein: 45g
I know the nutrition is not very accurate but I hope it gives plenty of people ideas on how to make their chicken breast taste better.
