As we know by doing exercise only is not enough to lose fats. So we have to take some proper diet to lose fat and gain muscle. Now there is some list of the items.

Eggs again a good source of lean protein which helps cut your fat and instead of fat it helps you to build muscles. Eggs are one of the good source of choline, a major fat burning nutrient that helps turn off the genes responsible for belly fat storage.
