Tuesday Tip: Gut Health!

So on Sunday we spoke about noticing your niggles and things that just don’t feel right in your body. I want to expand on that today to talk about one of the most sensitive and intuitive parts of our body...the GUT 👏🏻

This is one of my favourite body parts, because it has so much to tell...if we listen hard enough! 👂🏻

Did you know: acid reflux can be due to too much fatty or spicy foods for example 🌶
And bloating is usually an undiagnosed intolerance.
Keeping a food diary will help you and your gut be on the same page and recognise any patterns 📔 but in the meantime, perhaps reach for a detox tea (I find Arbonne’s herbal blend the best, but any with peppermint, fennel and bay leaf will be a winner!).

Finally, start EVERY MORNING with WARM (not hot) water 💦 and the juice of half a lemon 🍋
