Steemit Health Challenge. Making health I can enjoy my family

My dear friends of steemit, once again next to you and joining another week to the health challenge sponsored by @sweetsssj and @healthsquared, which is a wonderful challenge because not only allows you to write a blog, but to participate in the care of our own health with physical, mental, nutritional actions and even with highly healthy desserts.

I like several sports, among them my favorite is soccer and basketball, but I am a nursing professional and I take care of patients in pediatric intensive care units, therefore a lot of my time is spent working and difficulty being part of a team, that's why my passion for now is to walk which is a very complete way of doing sports and what I like the most is that I usually do it with my family.

I could not let this week go by without participating in this challenge, so I invited my wife to walk the mountain to visit a beloved aunt in a field in the town of Bocono Venezuela where the coffee is grown and we started the walk, we last about 45 minutes from my house to where my aunt, on the way we rest on several occasions, we talked a little about our lives in the end we had a great time.

One of the things that I love about this place is its climate since the average temperature is 19 degrees Celsius, as well as the rural architecture of their homes made with mud, and in the kitchens for the use of stove have a fireplace.

While at my aunt's house, I was able to share with family and friends who I had not seen for years because I was immersed in work, but thanks to this wonderful challenge I have been learning that as a person I need time to dedicate my health and my family and I've gone through unique and authentic moments where you want time to last a lifetime.

I have really enjoyed this challenge week after week, I only have my dear friends from steemit to invite them to join in the next few weeks that will start soon as this is the last week of this round, thanks @healthsquared and @sweetsssj for making my life change to recognize that doing health I can enjoy my family and I feel healthier, I say goodbye until a next challenge.
