The weekly health challenge Steemit: how I get rid of stress

Hello once again dear friends @sweetsssj  and @healthsquared,  thanks for this new challenge, super excited to participate in the #sixweekhealth, I tell you, when I was born in a city my day to day, it was very routine, in spite of that, I try look for some way to be able to alleviate my mind, because in reality to de-stress I have 3 steps:

 

STEP 1 In nature: I've always liked the side, mountainous, coexisting with animals, especially with horses, camping, being able to breathe fresh air, and walking among trees, discover new paths and above all love seeing the landscape that I have around and the best thing of everything is to be able to do it in family.

STEP 2 Dancing: here I can be myself, I can give all of my no matter what, I can let myself go through the music, and release all the stress dancing with my partners, it's the best feeling I've had in my whole life to demonstrate through the body how I feel at the moment whether it is sad, happy, angry, but I do it by dancing.

STEP 3 Reading: after a long day, I like to relax at night with a cup of coffee or tea, forget the day with a good romantic book, read free my mind, relax me and relive me to start a new day more active.
